1970 Camaro RS that I am restoring
"Guard with jealous
attention the public liberty. Suspect every one who approaches that jewel.
Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you
give up that force, you are inevitably ruined." --Patrick Henry .
This is what mine will look like - that's the plan
anyway. See below in 'As Bought' to see what it looked like when I bought
it. I may go Camaro gold with black stripes as original was gold

As Bought 11/19/08
Day 1 - Tear Down of Dash and some front 11/26/08. So far
the only rust I have found is the dash and bottom of the piller on the
inside. Easy stuff to fix. A little around the trunk lip for the seal but
not worth mentioning. The driver rocker panel is not rusted but was changed
out before by a moron. So I will change it out yet again but do it right.
Also changing both front wheel wells and core support. If you look at the
pic below 'Door hinge and Cowl Side - Pass' you can see the original color.
